We've built a Glamping Dome on 8 acres right down from the lake with a beach, restaurant and bar. Also near Loretta Lynn's ranch. We've had outstanding reviews and feedback but we tried going off grid at first and now have the need for electricity. The power pole has already been installed and has passed inspection. We are seeking funds to run underground power to the property and have outlets installed and a breaker box for the rest of the home and a hot tub.
We've started out at $175 - 200 a night for accommodations but have seen these go for as much as 400 a night. So, we plan to increase rates based on demand and bookings.
