I would like to pay off the merchant advance type of unfavorable loans with the proceeds and grow the business with the remainder. The goal is to secure funds and make biggie inroads into the Northern Virginia Pool space.
Highcrest Contracting is in the custom contracting space. We specialize in Pools, luxury outdoor spaces, wine and bourbon cellars, gourmet kitchens, entertainment areas, bars, theatre rooms and a small amount of restaurant and commercial work.
I am seeking to get out of the weekly payments. I have about 30k per month in payments currently for these types of loans across three positions. I took these loans out as we are going through a growth phase with some new types of projects and there has been a learning curve with time and draws from clients. We have a huge book of business coming up, but these weekly loans are killing us. The last 4 months of statements are not spectacular, and I hesitate to get involved in any additional loans that want those and then offer weekly loans with awful rates that help in the very short term and then pinch. I have never missed a payment and have paid many, many of these loans off. We are in a position to take over a large chunk of the luxury pool and back yard oasis business in Northern Virginia we just need to survive and get there.
