High5Wizard is an AP (Advanced Placement) exam/course study app available on Android and iPhone.  (www.high5wizard.com).  The app currently only focuses on AP United States History but is looking for investors and partners to develop the currently well-received model to other AP study areas as well as pursue other potential growth opportunities.

Although AP courses are offered by schools, studying for the AP exam is an independent activity for most students and requires purchasing a wide-array of external materials and services in order to achieve a passing score
    • Teachers and High Schools have very limited preparation materials and are often ineffective in developing additional material internally
Currently, the market for non-app-based AP exam study materials is dominated by Kaplan, The Princeton Review, and Chegg.
  • While these materials are important and high-quality, none of the companies above have extended their products to an application-based interface
    • Entities that have explored the application space have largely failed due to poor quality of material, boring user-features, and lack of adaptability between their products and a typical classroom curriculum
  • More importantly, none of these companies have developed a truly convenient, interactive, and enjoyable study tool that combines the gamified, competitive aspects of a phone application with the highly sought-after material that all students depend on for their AP exams
  • High5Wizard is looking to take advantage of this under-developed  market by introducing a holistic AP exam/course prep app that combines premium content with a tested user-interface that has already received positive feedback from consumers
High5Wizard is a first-in-class app designed provide valuable course companionship and AP test prep material to students, teachers, and parents
  • The focus of the app is to create an accessible, fun, and holistic study tool by pairing premium course content with a leading, gamified user interface
  • Originally designed for the AP US History exam, High5Wizard is looking to expand its curriculum to the top-10 most popular AP Subjects as well as create a university-focused platform for the corresponding AP courses
  • In addition to developing the app, High5Wizard is looking to mass advertise the application for the first time in 2021 as part of its growth strategy (see Investment Overview)
  • So far, classrooms that have used the AP US History version of the app reported an average pass rate of 85% against the national average of 58% High5Wizard is looking to raise $250,000 in convertible debt with a 6% interest rate and a 20% discount to the valuation reached upon other qualified financing with a valuation cap of $1,000,000 ● The funds from the capital raising will be used for the following:

High5Wizard is looking to stabilize its business operations over the next 4-6 years (1-3 years after development and scale-up) with the intention to sell the business to a qualified buyer or otherwise act in the best interest of its shareholders returns

With the impact that COVID-19 has had in the transition to online-learning, we believe that the above methods and word-of-mouth spread in the classroom environment will allow us to greatly increase our user count. Our goal is to reach a minimum of 10,000 users by April 2021 ● High5Wizard is looking (pending further market research) to implement the following pricing strategy in expanding its user count: ○ 25% of all course curriculum comes complimentary with initial download ○ Remaining 75% of curriculum can be acquired for $6.99 per subject ○ 100% of all curriculum for all subjects can be accessed with a bundle package of $24.99

Promoting quality education and allowing each student to have access to the materials they need to succeed is at the core of High5Wizard’s principles. We want our product to be a major player in public and private educational institutions ● Upon acquiring financing, we will reach out to a wide array of school districts, tutoring services, individual classrooms, and private parties that we are already in contact with to license our AP app on a mass basis ○ We believe our products proven teacher-student interface will allow us to greatly increase our user count from these B2B sales ● Additionally, we believe our college version of the app will be a very attractive product due to the lack of material for college-level course prep. Our easily converted AP material will provide college students with instant access to vocabulary, test prep, and of course, gamified course-specific review tools

We believe in our ability to have a positive social impact! In addition to B2B sales, we want to allow underprivileged and underrepresented youth to take advantage of High5Wizard. As such, we want to give our AP app at a discount to AVID programs and Title 1 schools around the nation ○ The College Board has expressed extreme interest in increasing low-income participation through the creation of the AP Development Committee ● Additionally, legislation such as the Every Student Succeeds Act have made federal financing available to public schools for “comprehensive support and improvement” on the basis of past poor performance and economic inequality ○ In California, 781 district, county, and charter schools are eligible for Title 1 Federal Funds

Curtis has been teaching at the middle school and high school level for 26 years, including 20 years teaching AP courses (US History, Human Geography, Politics and Government) and 7 years as a grader for College Board and the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Curtis has always had a passion for the material he has taught and has enjoyed fostering relationships with his students over his career in preparation for years of AP exams. Curtis founded High5Wizard as a reaction to his students constantly being on their phones during school hours. Upon seeing that existing applications were clearly lacking, he developed the app with the intent of bringing his user base the best study experience possible.
