Here Stop

Unique product for an open market. "Here Stop" a door stop with a metal bottom and magnetic holder for commercial and residual applications. 

A door stop is only useful if it is available, and that is what the "Here Stop" does.  As the door stop market continues to grow from its current 125 million dollars per year in 2024 to the projected 170 million in 2029, this unique project has allowed me to project at a modest 1% integration into the market each year revenues of over a million dollars each year are possible due to the need and ability to market this product worldwide to both commercial and residential markets.

The "Here Stop" is unique as its design comes with a metal bottom and paired with a magnetic strip which is adhered to the bottom of commercial push bars on doors or in the bottom corners of both commercial and residential doors, the "Here Stop" is always available and accessible to be there when needed.  As someone who has worked in the convention industry the last 13 years, I have been to numerous convention centers and hotels all around the world and been stuck at countless doors without a doorstop in sight at the times when I needed a door to be open.   As well as the potential for lawsuits if there is a doorstop around but it is lying on the floor becoming a potential fault in an accident as guest step on them leading to the opportunity for injury and lawsuits.  The market is there and only growing.  The production is the same as it is already being done, it is just adding the component that makes this product stand out and one that will revolutionize the market.  

Once the manufacturing process is completed and the correct manufacturing and distribution partners are obtained, the marketing program is set as the twist will be to have some fun with an "ordinary" product through social media and videos by creating a twist on our door stops being like man's best friend ("Here Stop" - "Here Spot").  "Here Stop" is always there for you, it sits where you tell it and comes when commanded as it is a closed doors best friend.  Step one is attack the worldwide commercial market and then expand into the residual market through selling on Amazon and a direct website where custom colors can be added to the smaller versions of "Here Stop" for residential customers.

The opportunity and need is there, I just need help getting to market with an investor or partner who wants to be part of this solution to the problem that is out there and no one has addressed.
