I have a start up Flower shop and Event Rental business. I rent out items for events, such as table cloths, whisky barrels, vases, mirrors, glassware to name a few. I am looking to ad bigger items, Chairs, tables, bounce houses, tents, once I get a little bigger! Currently I am looking for funding to purchase a building that will have rental income coming in as well as a shop for my clients to be able to come look at, pick up and deliver rental items back to the shop and has refrigerated coolers already in building that can be used to hold the flowers for weddings and events. The two rental parts of the building would pay for the building and upgrades its self, but I need funding to get the project complete! Thank you for your time.
