Raising $500k to rebuild our business that was destroyed by a broken water pipe.

We are a modern sauna studio with an emphasis on mental wellness and physical recovery. Our start-up location was profitable at month 13 and completely destroyed by an act of nature at month 26. Our last day in business was January 12th, 2024 as a pipe above us broke in the night and destroyed our space January 13th, 2024. As we wait for our insurance claim to be settled, it has occurred to us that this is taking much longer than we want to be down. We had grown to a profitable place in just over a year and we do not want to lose any more time, momentum or clientele. We have been blessed by the community that we serve and all of our members have stayed with us this far as we have hit pause on everything.
Our business model is a subscription based service. The majority of our clientele pays a monthly membership fee, however, we also have pricing options for visitors and non-members. We are located in the second fastest growing city in the state of Idaho and we are also a resort town where people love these type of services.  Sauna and cold plunge are one of the hottest industries right now as many people adopt this natural wellness lifestyle and we are gnawing at the bit to rebuild and get back to business. Our products align with what we are all about, wellness! We offer electrolyte replacements, natural skin care, lymphatic flow tools, and other health supporting items.
Due to the fact that our services are hands-off, we are able to operate with a relatively small team.  Before our studio was destroyed, we had 10 amazing employees who collectively provided a 5 star experience to our customers, as evidenced by our google reviews.  Our employees were very fulfilled in their occupation and were devastated by being destroyed. The sooner we rebuild, the more likely we can retain some of these awesome individuals for our team. Every member of our team is educated in the practice of sauna and cold plunge and two of our team members are certified by XPT in functional breath coaching.  Our previous location is too damaged to rebuild in as well as we were already having capacity issues as it was only 1,400 sq. ft. We plan to expand into a larger location with more capacity to serve, drive more revenue and provide more job opportunities.
I appreciate your time as you read through our story. Thank you!
