Health Spot will connect these small business owners and 1099 individuals with comprehensive health solutions designed to meet their unique needs, ensuring that they and their families are protected with the best benefits available. We are going to establish a call center which is designed to optimize deal acquisition and conversion rates, leveraging a dedicated team of 5 calling agents and 2 benefit sales agents. This effort will be led by experienced managers who have extensive experience in the insurance and call center industries. These numbers will increase to 20 calling agents and 8 benefit sales agents over the first year and 40 and 16 after 18 months. First year profits are anticipated to approximate $3 million and total profits for the first two years are anticipated to be approximately $22 million.
