Healthcare Partnership International Inc, established and incorporated in the USA and Liberia by Liberians living in the USA and Liberia. The year of incorporation is 2023 for the State of Delaware and Liberia followed by registration in the state of North Carolina. The Corporation with the website https/ myhpi.net is operating a retail outlet for the community and working towards importation and distribution of medicines and medical supplies to healthcare institutions in Liberia. Through collaboration and local empowerment, we are building a reliable healthcare supply chain that will provide service to the community and the population at large.
Project Description and strategies:
This initiative is to strengthen community health through medication therapy management at pharmacies.
Provide consultation to community members at the participating pharmacies and health institutions.
Provide inventory management system that will keep medicines at affordable cost in these pharmacies.
This is a process to eliminating fake and substandard medicines in Liberia, develop a fail-safe distribution system that can support the healthcare system and the medical community.
Goal and Objectives
At the end of the five years, this project will have in place a system of sustainable access to safe, effective, quality, affordable essential medicines and pharmaceutical services available to health institutions and communities.
The objectives for accomplishing the above goal will include increased community participation and improved stock management practices.
-The expectation is that the medication therapy management will have patients making good decisions in medication purchases, which will be indicated by increased customer visitations. The target of Customers or patient visitations above twenty-five percent during the first six months after baseline data establishment will greatly enhance this exercise.
-The provision of safe supplies through importation and local packaging will guarantee safe medication availability in communities by reducing incidents of stock-outs in participating institutions. Following the baseline stock-out record, we target a fifty percent reduction within six months of activities at these facilities.

Funding Requirements
The funds will be revolved and managed through the duration of the project. The requested amount of $300,000.00(Three Hundred thousand dollars) will cover a year's supplies, lease, utilities, transportation, salaries and incentives to participating pharmacies.
We will appreciate the participation of the funding partner during the implementation of this project at a level.
