1. Executive Summary - It's Time to Reinvent Health!
Our request for capital includes grants, tax-deductible donations as a 501c3 nonprofit, loans, or investments. A new, refreshing, and dynamic paradigm shift is the Health Reinvented vision by Kari Samson, CEO of AlternaCare. We seek to meet the unmet needs of millions who want holistic health solutions in the US, and we spend over $100 billion annually. The message is clear; allopathic medicine is toxic, costly, and ineffective. With your financial backing, connections, and mentoring, we can build a new health ecosystem for companies and people ready for change.
Reinventing Health is Phase 1 of a three-phase project. Our focus is on attracting companies who want optimum health results. A clear message of avoiding pharmaceuticals will attract millions who want off of the pharma train, and who see the slippery slope they're on. It includes people who choose to live pharma-free. These three demographics are our avatars.
From surgery to dentistry, there’s no doubt about it, pharmaceuticals have an important place in our lives. Their role in crisis medicine is without question. However, there’s a dark side of this industry that’s insidious. As the most hated industry on the planet, the pharmaceutical industry has more litigation brought against it than any other industry. It has paid out hundreds of billions in damage awards to victims for known harms.

We will introduce a wellness program unlike any other because it includes proprietary technology to correct cellular dysfunction by opening detoxification pathways. Our wellness platform has never been used in a corporate wellness setting, but this non-toxic, proven effective technology can reduce chronic health issues and provide the win-win employers, and employees need in a post-COVID-19 world.

4. Reinventing Health the AlternaCare Way!
Currently, the U.S. has the sickest population of any advanced nation on Earth. With the worst health outcomes of all industrialized countries, US spending is twice for healthcare of the next nation. The worst results are at the highest price; that math works for pharma. With 45% of its global sales in the U.S., we as a country have insidiously been seduced to believe healthcare is a 'pill for all ills. ' The results speak differently.

Kari E. Samson - Founder & CEO -
As the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer, Kari has a rich background in successful start-ups. A successful business executive whose prior successes in financial consulting, insurance, service-based, and product-based enterprises, Kari is also a 30+ year terminal liver cancer survivor. Facing a death sentence, Kari envisioned an alternative health system in 1988. Today, with her executive management experience in prior profitable start-ups, Kari has bootstrap management and business acumen. Started with zero revenue to seven figures, Kari is a multi-awarded sales and marketing expert.
Gregory Lewis - CFO
Gregory Lewis is the Chief Financial Officer who majored in Business Administration at the Australian Institute of Management. His professional background includes board and financial management experience in the medical, healthcare, aviation, and financial sectors. Greg has taken several Corporations through rapid growth, in the Caribbean, Australia, the US, and Latin America, specializing in private placements, bond offerings, and strategic marketing. Greg is the executive Director of the American HealthCare Foundation and an early-stage investor and accomplished entrepreneur.

Dr. Patricia Knox holds a doctorate and Ph.D. in Natural Medicine and is a Doctor of Humanitarian Services, as well as an Alternative Medicine Practitioner. As our chief health officer for member education, she is the educator of the Live Prevention Tips series and the instructor of the Living Prevention Academy. As the owner of Living Concepts, Dr. Knox is a faculty member and educator at Quantum University, in Honolulu, HI.

Dominic's twenty years of experience in healthcare/information technology is our chief technology officer whose proficiency in interface mapping/design, hardware diagnostics, user training, and implementing and managing systems over multiple platforms, has been recognized for her innovative technical solutions in interface/data management, networking, software/hardware selection, and systems analysis.
