We are a Healthcare technology D2C company with an experienced startup leadership team laser-focused on the post-stroke patient. We are a "blue ocean" company. We're providing the "next level" of post-stroke care and caretaker reporting and connection at an unmatched price. 12.2 million strokes every 3 seconds, and 28% of post-stroke survivors will have a second stroke within 1 year. We use smart technology and our own stroke-specific software to monitor the stroke risks of these survivors every second with the goal of decreasing the incidence of a second stroke. Our technology monitors the most critical health indicators that point towards active risk for stroke and provides easy-to-understand stroke risk indicators to both the user and the caretaker on an active daily basis. Our mobile app for the user and caretaker is a highly visible UI that has been designed for the senior adult to easily read. Our web application gathers from wearable technology on the user a minimum of 3 health data points every second. We'll average over 80,000 health data measurements per day on one user. This is a Direct to Consumer offering SaaS model. Our belief from our experience of many years in health systems and startups is that we will be pulled into conversations with payors, and national health systems which is preferable to "pushing" in. Value Prop - Improved quality of life, and "Peace of Mind" for loved ones and stroke survivors (as we provide the "loved ones with a constant health status of the stroke survivor/mom/dad), and significant reduction of healthcare cost. Our product offering also includes ongoing monitoring with our offshore team if the buyer so chooses to have an extra set of eyes on their mom or dad/loved one. We are creating our own market niche while also competing with the old "Life Alerts" of the world that offer very little in value vs price. Trademarks in place, Patent's filed, and already generating revenue in less than five months. Investment to be used for marketing, sales, and continuing the next phase of ML-AI software development.
