The book is a guide for building one's foundation of self-love, which then serves as the stepping-off point for the reformulation of limiting beliefs, transformation of self-concept, and achievement of emotional freedom to create the most fulfilling and joyful life possible.
The material for this book is derived from a combination of extensive personal research, formal education in sociology and social sciences, personal experience, and a deep passion for these topics.
3) Life Coaching
Healing Journey Essentials will be expanding to provide life coaching services to support clients in reaching their personal growth and wellness goals.
This division of HJE is backed by my formal education in sociology and social sciences, ample and diligent daily research in health and personal development, and extensive breadth of personal experiences which grant me a unique and cultured perspective in being able to help others.
Having a source of genuine support and inspiration throughout your journey is a valuable component of ensuring your personal success in every area of your life. Each coaching session will honor the unique nature of each individual and serve as a vessel for encouragement and clarity in creating a happy, fulfilling life that utilizes one’s full potential.
The life coaching division is set to be established in February of 2023. There are approximately 20 prospective clients currently lined up.

The business entity will become a Limited Liability Company/LLC by 2024.
