I have a prototype for a software application that converts language specifications to code writing controls.

The prototype can edit and generate full SQL statements, but I don't have the time to build a fully working code generator (an IDE).

There is also no security.  Any funding would provide the means to secure the software and promise functioning releases.

I could move quickly on an IDE that handles different languages and provide more functionality in only a few months.  If you are thinking company and staff then all the better.
