Dividends are derived from industrial size productions of M3 new building materials, 21 million (twenty-one) linear meters production per annum per Plant.

An industrial production of affordable, sustainable, exceptional quality Homes, 70 000 Homes per annum per Factory.

All Haussmann Homes are fully fitted out, ready to move in, are assembled within weeks, compared to months and months of building times of conventional Homes.

Based on price, quality and our ability and capacity to produce large quantities of new Homes, initially with 2 (two) Pilot Plants in production, and 6 (six) x M3 Plants in production, we can meet the "desperate" demand for 13.5 million (thirtyfivemillion) new Homes in Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and the Pacific Islands.

After Listing on the New York Stock Exchange, as a US company, we can meet the demand for 60 million (sixty million) new Homes in the US.

To meet such "desperate" demand for new Homes, we intend to establish 110 (onehundredandten) plus M3 Building Systems Manufacturing Plants in the US.
