Successfully amassing over $500,000 in on-water training assets, we are now well-positioned with a commercial marina facility to grow to new levels. The business is seeking partners in commercial waterfront real estate development. Initial immediate raise is for year 1 is $260,000, year 2 is $260,000 and year 3 for new 8000 sq ft commercial building construction $1M. The facility is currently owned by a private LLC but is closely tied to a nonprofit 501(c)3 Maritime Educational Program. A potential exit strategy is an institutional buyout from county schools, coastal studies institutes, environmental research foundations, community colleges, or the NC Department of Cultural Affairs. Numerous Grant opportunities exist because of the non-profit educational nature of the services offered to the Community.
