Domes4Homes is a Kentucky based LLC formed on October 18, 2023. The intent of the company is venture/philanthropy - raise money online and donate half the proceeds towards purchasing emergency shelter dome kits that can be gifted to communities destroyed by natural and climate disasters.
Denise is a 25 year fan of Pacific Domes and its founder Asha Deliverance. Pacific Domes was the pioneer of the fabric dome industry and now has a worldwide presence and continues to develop new state of the art dome technologies.
Their emergency shelter dome kits fit in an SUV and go up in a day with nothing but a socket wrench. They will not be a party to the business other than loving support. Denise aims to be their best customer, donating millions for the manufacture of these life-saving kits that can be moved and built out into beautiful permanent homes.
Pacific Domes has been generously donating to disaster sites for 30 years. Last year they donated a 60’ dome to Lahaina, HI to serve as a classroom for children whose families were blown out of their homes by the historic fire. Denise Martin, the creator and sole owner of Domes4Homes is the author of Eating My Way to Heaven, her autobiographical accounting of surviving incest, bulimia, homelessness and near death to find a life of peace and health through Garden of Eden type foods is compelling.

Denise also needs $5000 to republish Eating My Way to Heaven in softcopy. There are only a few used copies left for sale on Amazon. It is difficult to sell ebooks without the soft copies leading the marketing plan.
The Amazon publishing affiliate that Denise has chosen to work with requires a $5000 investment. He has promised to turn that into $100,000 in sales in 90 days through SEO, social media marketing, and traditional book promotion services. It is reasonable to assume that readers/fans of Denise will also purchase health products and ringtones once in the fold.
Who?
Once in place, Denise can run the Domes4Homes LLC from anyplace in the world that has an internet connection by phone or computer.
She is looking to hire 1 800-Accountants to manage the bookkeeping and flow of revenues. They have quoted her a yearly price of $2886 for their all-inclusive services.
A Domes4Homes website needs to be built to house all the activity on one site. The initial expense is approximately $1500 with a yearly investment of around $2,400 to have an expert keep the site up to date.
Where?
Domes4Homes doesn’t need a dedicated office space. The books and health products live in Amazon’s warehouse. The ringtones are digital. Denise can run the business with nothing but a home office. She currently lives in a motel with her teen son. Denise needs to move into a three bedroom apartment with one room as a dedicated office/recording studio. Part of the initial funds will help facilitate that move.
Why Denise?
One does not need a degree or any expertise to become a social media influencer. They need a story and a big personality. Denise totally fills that bill. Denise and Ezekiel finally made their way to Kentucky in October of 2022 and she has been employed in the fine dining industry since, working fulltime to right the family ship and crawl out of poverty. It’s time to walk away from the job and become a full-time influencer.
Return on investment
This is Denise’s life, not a stock. She wants to remain in control of it. Equity is cumbersome and takes time to collect on. Denise is offering a royalty position to her venture capital investor.
For those who have not worked with royalties - you get paid almost immediately once a product sells. Your agreed upon percentage of the pie will be delivered to you electronically as soon as Denise collects the payment. For example if a 20% royalty position is put in place and Denise sells a ringtone for $1. Your $.20 share is deposited in your account immediately. Your 20% of those promised $100,000 book sales comes directly to you when Amazon pays Denise.
A finite repayment plan may be negotiated or depending on the size of the investment a permanent royalty position is possible. Royalties are very clean, and easy to payout once set up. I am seeking $25,000.
