Harmony Group Homes LLC provides licensed residential care for adults ages 23–65 with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) on Florida’s Treasure Coast. We operate Haven Home, a 6‑bed APD‑licensed group home delivering 24/7 supervised living, medication management, life‑skills training, behavioral supports, and community integration in a safe, family‑style environment. Florida has more than 21,000 individuals on the IDD waitlist, with an average wait time of 8.5 years, and the Treasure Coast has a documented shortage of licensed group home beds. Harmony fills this critical gap with a compliance‑first, person‑centered model built on healthcare, finance, and regulatory expertise. We have secured initial startup funding through personal-owner investment, completed licensing, and acquired our first property.
