Harmony Group Homes LLC provides licensed residential care for adults ages 23–65 with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) on Florida’s Treasure Coast. We operate Haven Home, a 6‑bed APD‑licensed group home delivering 24/7 supervised living, medication management, life‑skills training, behavioral supports, and community integration in a safe, family‑style environment. Florida has more than 21,000 individuals on the IDD waitlist, with an average wait time of 8.5 years, and the Treasure Coast has a documented shortage of licensed group home beds. Harmony fills this critical gap with a compliance‑first, person‑centered model built on healthcare, finance, and regulatory expertise. We have secured initial startup funding through personal-owner investment, completed licensing, and acquired our first property. We are now raising $300,000 to finalize resident‑ready furnishings, adaptive equipment, life‑enrichment programming, community integration resources, and working capital needed to open Haven Home and welcome our first six residents. This raise accelerates our launch, strengthens our operating runway, and positions Harmony for multi‑site expansion across the region.
