Members of our experienced leadership team have collectively developed over 6.5 million square feet across prior firms, including, but not limited to Safeguard Self Storage, Cube Smart, Extra Space, Life Self Storage and Public Storage and will oversee site selection, design, engineering, and construction for Harbor's assets. We have started our first project and are six months into construction on an eighteen-month buildout and are actively sourcing four additional self-storage site opportunities.   
Our vertically integrated approach provides a distinct advantage, with Harbor serving as the master developer and our affiliate, Harbor Builders Group, serving as the general contractor, ensuring direct control over execution, timelines, and costs.
