The Hamptons brand markets affordable luxury men's apparel, totes ("hero" product), hats and other accessories inspired by the coastal lifestyle of surf, sport and fun. We hold 6 trademarks with our The Hamptons/lobster logo and H/lobster logo and have an eco-friendly sustainable mission.  We are leveraging The Hamptons trademarks with the iconic Hamptons (90% recognition factor that creates immediate image of sun, fun, dunes, beach and premium) in building a coastal lifestyle brand.

Market - $1.9T apparel market with athleisure growing at 8.6% CAGR.  Core customers are men and women ages 28-44 who enjoy  an active lifestyle, affordable luxury and are environmentally conscious.

Team - We have assembled a top-notch management and advisory team across brand building, digital marketing,  sales, supply chain, product development (executive launched and grew Puma golf apparel to $50MM in sales in 2 years), private equity and finance.  Experience includes Coach, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, J. Crew, Sun Capital, Footaction, Purple Mattress, LoveSac, Zales and Tory Burch.  We have also developed outsourced partners in 3PL order fulfillment, logistics, marketing/social media and influence marketing.

Products - Men's tops (pima cotton pocket t-shirts, polos, 1/4 zip pullovers price range $45-150), unisex products including baseball hats ($32), totes/travel bags ($60-350), graphic t-shirts (e.g., "party like a lobstah" -priced at $48) and other accessories.  We will expand men's categories in 2025 and future expansion into women's and children's lines.

Distribution - all products sold on www.thehamptonsclothing.com and initial "hero" products (totes/hats) sold to better surf shops and boutiques to generate revenue, create brand awareness and drive website traffic.

Profitability/Exit - Highly profitable business model, leveraging outsourcing initially, with low capital investment, attractive ROI (34% annualized ROI through 2026) and multiple exit strategies (holding company, strategic buyer and private equity).
