In December I bought a license to Half Notes Lounge to take advantage of past successes. The owner has decided that the best way to enter this competitive market is to acquire an established brand that has achieved significant success in the market we intend to serve. Half Note Restaurant and Lounge (Half Note Lounge), owned and operated by attorney Derric E. Thomas, was a very successful business operating in the very same market that we intend to use. For 12 years, Half Note Lounge was the preeminent destination in the entire Washington, DC area for good food, good live music, safe location, serving the 40 and up demographic, and right in Prince George's County, Maryland. The venue will employ 15-20 employees. There is nowhere like Half Notes in the DMV. People are dying to have Half  Notes open again.

 

Half Notes will offer live music, karaoke, and open mic nights hosted throughout the week featuring blues, jazz, and rhythm and blues. The cigar lounge will be in a cozy environment with couches and big-screen TVs. Half Notes offers a small but solid food menu.

 

I need an investor to assist with $300 for working capital, equipment, and payroll.
