We are seeking an investment of $2.5 million dollars to help take our business to the next level. The next level for our company is expanding with additional equipment, facilities/greenhouses, and robust marketing plan to accommodate the 300% growth YOY that we're experiencing. We are seeking these funds to accommodate our existing structures as well as build new facilities to grow our business within the hemp industry. From growing, to harvest, even all the way to extraction and sales, we are looking to be a front runner within the state of Iowa in this new exciting market. The investment can help us implement automated equipment to maintain and assist during the growth and management stages throughout the new and existing greenhouses. Other crucial pieces of equipment/technology would be a streamlined accounting and inventory system to manage over 60,000 plants on hand so we can successfully open up our ecommerce page that we are currently building.
Our next avenue in the greenhouse industry that we’re pursuing is the growth and production of industrial hemp and CBD. With the land and facilities that we own, the resources, contracts, and network that we have in line, as well as the experience that we’ve gained over the past 15 years, we are looking forward to another rapid growth of the business in this new market. The greenhouse industry is expected to generate an additional $33 billion dollars by 2023 and we are looking to be on the front end of this market. Currently, we are seeking $2.5 million dollars to build all new facilities to grow and harvest hemp and upgrade current facilities to accommodate for the rapid growth. These funds will allow us to complete all greenhouse construction, pay for the first year’s crop, labor, special equipment, and pay for the necessary testing and licenses prior to extracting CBD from each harvest.

Co-owner Josh Guyer has a bachelors degree in Business Marketing and an associates degree in turf & landscape management. His in-field experience is over 14 years while his successful sales and management experience are over 13 years while Lauren Guyer has an associates degree in business and over 15 years of sales and award winning management experience. Together, they have grown a small-town business into a small-scale commercial nursery/landscape company on the verge of taking their company to the next level and continue to successfully grown the business.
