Hello, My name is Isaac Guevara! I am the owner of Guevara's Investment Properties LLC. I am 23 years old and I started my business last year in Feb. of '25. I specialize in real estate investment projects, I currently own land and I want to develop it to a new construction and flip it. As well expand to rental properties and fixer uppers for a faster ROI, I chose this field of business, because growing up I was introduced to the construction industry as it was the family business.
