* Introduction

My name is Justin Featherston, it's great to meet you today. I am here to introduce a new, ground breaking holistic and innovative Blood Pressure Analysis App. I feel refreshed, excited and positive to share this breakthrough with you. One which has outstanding potential to make a significant difference in the current collective consciousness surrounding health, quality of living and individual lives. It's concept has wide reaching implications for how we view health issues, blood pressure, heart, stress and even the very medical system itself. And can be universally applied and expanded to multiple, additional fields. Fibromyalgia and psychology are examples of 2 great future models. This is very exciting.
I am offering it for investment of 75k, with a generous 37.5% share of gross profits - not net. I am also very open to a 5 year loan, with good interest for the investor and an additional bonus of 2% of gross profits at yearly intervals.
* Origins
Here is a brief overlay and story of it's conception. Upon taking a medical technology class, and within recently helping my mother with the Kardia mobile device (she is a retired RN in medical research and clinical trials), I suddenly became aware of a deficit in 90% of most blood pressure & EKG technology tools. Despite producing beautiful blood pressure charts and EKGS, they actually don't synthesize, analyze or use the data. This leaves the individual with less knowledge, information and quality of service from their purchase. I found this disappointing. It was several months later the lightbulb then illuminated, and a great new concept and idea was born to solve this problem.
I truly feel we have a winner and am inspired to engage the right investor. It is designed to enhance or supplement mid level intelligence and personal awareness, and will be available to the general public via Google Play. It may be expanded later to Apple products as well. I have two Heart models available to be built. Initially I am seeking funding for 1 here, which is the Blood Pressure model. The design and App analyzes blood pressure associated with user inputs and answers, but again, there is also a very strong concept, name and trademark.
* Current Progress Level
The App in recent months has been diligently vetted, will be fully HIPPA compliant and does not require FDA approval (which has been researched and verified). Any minor details, nuances and questions have already been anticipated, discussed continually and reviewed with my team at great length. I have spent 100's upon 100's of hours diligently vetting this project, and it is very refined at this point. The finished product is expected to function exceedingly well, and will be maintained by the software builders on a monthly level, in order to sustain and foster positive reviews, ease of use for the customer, and be synchronized with Google policy standards. I have designated outstanding App Builders whom have great, extensive professional experience, and have built software, websites and Apps for bigger names and projects such as Disney, Samsung, History Channel, Suzuki and Whirlpool, plus many more.
On a positive note, it requires low investment, relatively small risk, is ready to build, and with only a short 3 month build time until launch date. The net profit potential is $250k to $1 million per person for 3 years, and substantially more longer term. Additionally, this figure actually does not include the potential of download renewals! I am only seeking 1 primary Investor at this time. Yet another positive is that Google deposits monthly, based on sales and downloads. Therefore you will receive consistent monthly or quarterly deposits, based on your preference. I have created solid, adjusted balanced sales projections for 4 different profit scenarios, which I have worked on for months. The App will initially be available on Google Play on laptop, tablet and phone for $8.99/yr.. The price point is balanced and attractive, specifically created for the precise content of the App and market. It is well adjusted, at less than $1 per month for the service. There is a large, approachable market and demand for heart, health and lifestyle related technology currently. According to a Google statistic, sales from health & fitness apps was estimated at $8.2 billion in 2022, and is expected to increase to $35.7 billion by 2030. That is a substantial jump in demand. It is no secret health, lifestyle and fitness Apps are very popular right now. Comparatively, we are only vying for several 100k downloads from this market to reach an excellent revenue scenario! One profit scenario reaches over a million dollars for the investor, over the course of 5 years.
* Why Heart Health Analysis?
Customers and users with heart issues are commonly seeking alternative answers, assistance and knowledge. Cardiovascular centers at major universities and hospitals frequently have 3-6 month wait periods for appointments, and this trend is only increasing. (I have firm knowledge of this because I personally visit a major Cardiovascular center at a state university on a monthly basis.) With answers ironically arriving slowly, through various prescriptions, multiple visits, testing, and trial and error. Also, it is a matter where heart issues are commonly viewed and diagnosed without concrete solutions, and many are simply misunderstood. This unique Blood Pressure App helps to fill this dramatic gap and offer hope. In the new, epic, stress laden modern world, heart and blood pressure issues are becoming exponentially widespread and common. The heart is a major, sensitive organ, is misunderstood, and is highly receptive to environmental stimulants and stressors, including emotional, physical and psychological.
Additionally, please briefly review comparative examples via Laptop or Tablet, where competition is significantly reduced compared to the mobile phone market. This is a key point in market research. A market comparison shows a floor of 50k downloads, with many similar Blood Pressure Apps having 100k downloads, 500k downloads, and several hold over a million! As noted, over time, depending on performance and goals, it may be developed for Apple products as well. Ultimately I am building a very strong, balanced, quality finished product, that will function extremely well. One we can be proud to represent and sell.

* About Me; Justin Featherston
I have over 25 years experience in advanced writing, learning and education. I especially have extensive, in depth study in holistic health, healing, yogic science, theology, Native American studies, Buddhism, psychology, and world religions since my early 20's. I healed at one point from my own advanced stages of an undiagnosed tick born illness, with multiple complications. I actually healed exclusively from independent research, holistic health practices, personal experience and alternative tools. Fortunately, I did have the help and care of 1 MD for antibiotics and consultation. Healing from the duration and intensity of my illness was considered a rare accomplishment. I have experienced a very special spiritual journey throughout much of my lifetime, and care about people, our country, overall health and well being.
I originally grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and graduated from a private high school in Charlottesville, VA, within close proximity to the popular and historical Thomas Jefferson designed University of Virginia. We lived just down the street from the University. I was originally an English and Art Major at the College of Charleston and University of MS. I am currently a double major in Health, at a major online university. I am happy to share examples of previous work, essays, portfolios and credentials if requested.
Additionally, I have much diverse experience in environmental issues, fisheries, politics, art, photography, hospitality and tourism, online sales, basic marketing and publishing. I have worked pro bono for Mid Atlantic and SE Coast fisheries, government, environmental policy and related issues. I was a licensed USCG Captain in my early 20's, and a successful professional flats fishing guide in Charleston, SC. I also worked and fished offshore. I surfed recreationally, and worked for many years personally on developing and understanding a new holistic health paradigm. I later owned a very small business in art, design and photography in Bend, Oregon, and worked extensively in successful online retail sales throughout my 30's.
My family has over 40 years experience in nuclear engineering, medical research, administrative, and my Grandfather was a Master Sargent in the US Army for 30 years, and spent an additional 7 years working for Veterans Affairs. I am 45 years old, an experienced, intelligent individual in dynamic, unique fields and areas. I have an extremely strong, qualified eye for detail, subtleties and quality. I will insist on and push for strong standards throughout this project, and especially a perfected, unified, finished product. I will be overseeing the completion and fruition of it's development, and will be engaging in customer relations, marketing and advertising throughout the course of it's lifetime. Thank you.

Currently I am working extremely diligently with a personal friend and IT Tech, originally from Maine. He has 30 years of IT experience, currently works full time in Technical Drafting, and has a Masters degree in Computer Science. He is assisting and supplementing with insightful input and design process throughout the project.
