THE COMPANY
Gridkicker LLC. is a Maryland Based Company founded in 2017 by a group of scientists, entrepreneurs, inventors and successful business people who have made it their purpose to change the face of energy production and consumption. Our team recognizes that current solar and storage technologies are hampered by expensive, toxic, and short lived products .
- Our mission is simple: Create affordable, long lived, non-toxic energy products that use carbon emissions (such as carbon soot) and recycled plastics to manufacture solar cells and batteries that contain no rare earth materials, or mined minerals. We named the Company Gridkicker because we want to help people "kick the grid" mentality of centralized energy production and consumption!
OUR PRODUCTS
- Our Company, Gridkicker LLC, has completed the manufacturing of our first product, the Gridkicker Portable Solar Utility. More than just another solar generator, our product is lighter, faster charging, less expensive, more powerful and easier to use than the competition. - Our Company has developed long-lived (35-50 years) solar cells and solid state batteries (50+ years) made entirely from Carbon Soot, reclaimed from smoke stack emissions from coal fired power plants. We have developed a Patented process to turn the soot into Carbon Nano-tubes capable of generating and storing electricity. Our solar cells are highly efficient, and can be used to power a wide variety of applications.

THE COMPETITION
- Virtually every other solar panel and battery tech on the market today has a very limited life span. When their solar cells die and their battery will no longer hold a charge they go in the landfill with toxic chemicals and slowly degrading components.
- The typical battery storage is expensive, heavy, highly toxic, dangerous, hard to dispose of, and highly flammable.
- Their Solar Cells have a low efficiency level, limited life spans, are not cost effective and can't be recycled efficiently.

- The Gridkicker is perfect for the consumer who wants a home or business backup generator. Perfect for the building contractor who wants to replace their fossil fuel generators with a solar/storage unit for use on job sites.

- Other potential customers include Campers, R.V. owners, boaters etc. who may need or want electrical power.
- Third world consumers, (who have no electrical grid) can finally have access to electricity on a permanent basis!
- FEMA, all four branches of the U.S. Military, the Defense Logistics Agency and other State and local government agencies have expressed an interest in using the Gridkicker Portable Utility Generator for electrical generation.
- Disaster areas, military bases, government buildings, refugee and immigrant camps, are a few of the many government uses. Gridkicker LLC. is a SAM registered Government Contractor.
THE BUSINESS MODEL
- Our business model entails the use of both conventional brick and mortar stores as well as digital/online outlets through our website and others such as Amazon.
- We intend to offer the Gridkicker portable power utility for sale and/or rent through retail outlets such as A-1 Rental, Home Depot, Loews, etc.
- Our Company will offer "ground up" microgrid construction for powering up small to large electrical installations on a permanent or temporary basis. We will offer to consumers a maintenance free service to supply power for construction sites, disaster relief, refugee camps, military installations, campgrounds and recreational facilities using our system.
THE TEAM
Our team includes highly experienced people with a wide variety of skills:
- Our Founder and principal inventor has been awarded Patents in the Solar, Battery Storage, Energy, Automotive, Chemical, Electrical and Electronic fields. He has produced (and tested for two decades), entirely new and highly advanced solar/storage cells that have combined a solar cells with storage cells in the same Carbon Nanotube! With more than 40 years experience in the renewable energy field, he has invented spray-able Solar paint (that can be any color), Solar shingles that look, install and seal the roof like a conventional shingle, but generate and store electricity. He has invented the world's first long lived solid state battery that is made entirely of carbon Nanotubes, photovoltaic cells that use the entire light spectrum (instead of a small portion of it like regular cells).
- Our management team includes highly successful individuals from the world of business and finance. Our BOD, BOA, and group of investors include entrepreneurs, scientists, physicians, college facility managers, researchers, CPA's, NASA administrators, lawyers and individuals from many other disciplines.
PUTTING THE FUNDS TO USE
- The Company has raised $6.83MM to date, mostly from friends and family. Gridkicker LLC is is looking to raise an additional $5MM in a round "B" capital raise. Funds are needed to build inventory, hire additional workers, launch national advertising and marketing campaigns, and acquire production level nanostructure equipment for the refinement and deposition of Carbon nanotubes in a wide variety of devices.
- The Company is open to a variety of investment options including straight equity purchase, convertible debt, interest bearing notes etc.
- The funds are needed by first quarter 2024 to achieve our goals.
IMPORTANT MILESTONES ACHEIVED
- All of the technologies currently being produced have been Patented and the Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights have been assigned to Gridkicker LLC. All of the manufacturing, production and process Patent applications that may be necessary to protect further developments will also be assigned to the Company.
- The Research and Development phase has been completed on all of the inventions. The Company has the proprietary know-how to proceed with all of the various equipment modifications and material combinations to produce all of the inventions currently under production by the Company.
- The first production run of the Gridkicker Solar Generator is completed and units have now been sold.
- All of the Safety Testing, including UL, CE, CS, and the UN certification for flying Gridkickers worldwide has been completed.
- We are currently in discussion with FEMA regarding the use of the Gridkicker in Emergency Relief situations.
- We have produced sufficient numbers of the Solar Shingle Products to cover a roof in a test application.
- We have prototypes of the Photovoltaic Automotive paint and the Solid State Batteries that have been in continuous operation for 20 years without failure.
- We have a number of other prototypes of Patented electrical, electronic, medical and energy storage devices produced that have been the subject of long term successful testing that are market ready.
- We have manufacturing lines established with major manufacturers to produce our devices. All of our tool, die, molds, patterns and materials have been sourced from multiple manufactures and the tool and die costs for the Gridkicker have been paid for.
