Green Orbit

Dear investor,

Green Orbit or GO is designed to be a multi-billion industry at the national and global scale by providing a solution to a major global issue: plastic pollution. Although my current business plan is designed for implementation in the city of Saskatoon, Canada, GO is in a strong position to execute its mission effectively and efficiently at the local and national scales.  GO plans to do this by innovatively intersecting plastic waste in the garbage stream of homes and businesses across Saskatoon, Canada, or nationally when funding is secured.

According to current statistics for the city of Saskatoon, (2024), approximately 72% of the waste in the garbage stream of single family homes is recyclable material, of which 13% is plastic.  These statistics are also supported by the most recent national waste characterization in Canada (2016), showing that 72% of the waste in the garbage stream from homes and businesses is 72%, of which 13% is also plastic. Using these statistics and current market pricing for plastics, my financial projections indicate a massive revenue potential at the local and national scales.

GO's vision is to create a world that is plastic sustainable, and is harmonized with the environment, economy, and people. GO's leadership service is positioned to create massive positive impact for Canadians because of the shifting paradigm in environmental sustainability. Canadian consumers are currently becoming more environmentally conscious by increasing recycling behavior and demand for sustainable products that come with recyclable packaging. Furthermore, GO's implementation also aligns with the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) zero plastic waste strategy, and will aid in the transition to a sustainable economy through its performance metrics GO app. A technological advancement that will keep track of member's consumption and recycling behavior.
