Dear investor,

Sub-zero is designed to be a successful venture by innovating solutions to a major environmental issue: plastic pollution. As a company committed to plastic reduction, Sub-zero will target residences and businesses interested in its services as a monthly fee Services | Sub-zero. Our services include (1) build facilities to intersect and handle plastic waste (2) build an application to monitor member consumption and recycling behavior, and (3) build a plastic circular market in Canada.

This a great time to do this because plastic waste has become a major problem globally. This video elaborates the issue quite well: The Plastic Problem | PBS News.  Minutes 16 to 19 in the video highlights major problems. In addition, the statistics indicate that only 9% of plastic waste is recycled in Canada annually, while the remainder is directed to landfills, incinerated, or tossed into the environment (Plastic waste and pollution reduction - Canada.ca). In Saskatoon, Canada, 72% of the waste in the garbage stream of single family homes is recyclable material, of which 13% is plastic (2024) (Waste Data & Studies | Saskatoon.ca).  These statistics are also supported by the most recent national waste characterization in Canada (2016), showing that 72% of the waste in the garbage stream from homes and businesses is 72%, of which 13% is also plastic National Waste Characterization Report

Sub-zero is in a strong position to execute its mission effectively and efficiently. My vision is to create plastic sustainable systems, that are harmonized with the environment, economy, and people. My leadership service is positioned to create massive positive impact for Canadians because of the shifting paradigm in environmental sustainability. Canadian consumers are currently becoming more environmentally conscious by increasing recycling behavior and demand for sustainable products that come with recyclable packaging. Furthermore, Sub-zero's implementation also aligns with the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME) zero plastic waste strategy, and will aid in the transition to a sustainable economy through its performance metrics application. A technological advancement that is needed.

Sub-zero is currently at the funding stage, and is happy to discuss and consider investors for this endeavor.
