I am providing this overview of our start-up Business Proposal in the hopes of gaining your financial assistance and management expertise.    In enabling and assisting us in the establishment of a public benefit venue that will be not only the first of its kind but also unlike any within the midwestern United States.   Created specifically to better the human condition and improve the lives of the underprivileged among us and those who provide for their care.

Our groups calling is to, in a manner and on a scale which has never been under take , establish a  Holistic “Respite Care” Venue.   Which will provide an emotionally calming and physically relaxing benefit to both the caretakers of and the underprivileged cared-for individuals themselves.    We plan to make our venue available to not only individuals within our native State of Oklahoma but also in our neighboring  Midwestern States of Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Texas.

Respite Care by definition entails providing an individual a temporary relief or break from the stressful &  extremely demanding responsibilities of caregiving for a; developmentally disabled,  special needs, handicapped,, aging, or sick family member.   With the 24-hour a-day, 7-days a-week, 365-days a year demands of caregiving  comes a much increased risk  of incidents  of caretaker abuse, neglect , or exploitation.   All of which can be prevented by providing caregivers access to and as needed opportunities for participation in structured respite care type of  programs and activities.   After which caretakers will be better able to again refocus and resume their responsibilities to their cared-for individual.   With the very lives and welfare of approximately 10,619-Oklahoma’s cared-for individuals being in the hands of their caregivers on a daily basis.   It is very important that their caregivers have  expeditious access to true benefit providing respite care services when needed.

In our capacity of a Respite Care Venue our target audiences will include the following individuals and their full-time caregivers:    •Developmentally Disabled & Special Needs Individuals    •Elder individuals    •Underprivileged children & adolescents    •Disabled Military Veterans    and    •Disabled 1st Responders.

Enter our  personal relaxation, stress reducing, emotionally calming,  sensory revitalizing   Holistic Respite Care venue we are calling  “The Green Country Prairie Escape“.   Situated in the rolling hills of northeastern oklahoma just 30-minutes east of Tulsa in Mayes County., OK.    Located on the grounds of 28-acres of pristine land offering breathtaking views of the Oklahoma prairie grasslands.   Situated on the highest point is a uniquely impressive oversized architectural structure which will house several of the sub-elements of our venue:

Additions we will make to the property will include our 18’6” x  56’8”  “Prairie Wildflower Greenhouse Sanctuary,”   our 8’ x 40’ self-contained  laser shooting & gaming arcade we are calling the “Stagecoach Stop Shooting Gallery”,  our  “PinBall Alley Gaming Studio”,  and our carnival midway Ferris Wheel and antique Merry-Go-Round.    

The Business Entity we are choosing to form will be a Limited Liability Company  in the name of  “The Mayes Country Mansion Rendezvous “.    Which will act as the parent company for four daughter companies in the name of:    1-“The Green Country Prairie Escape”,    2-“The Mayes County Mansion”,    3-“The Tiawah Hills Fine Art Exhibit”,    4-“The 590-Rd Prairie Wildflower Gardens Educational Learning Center.

Understand that in our desire to serve the underprivileged, we will need additional sources of income in order to sustain ourselves and pay our creditors..   Therefore it is our intention to take full advantage of the tranquility and natural beauty of the property and incorporate several  available to the general public on the property consist revenue generating businesses.   Of additional significance to the success and longevity of our business endeavor is that that we have received assurances from “The Gathering Place” one of the premier city parks In America located in Tulsa, Ok.   That upon our opening they would like to partner with us in our endeavors.

Financially to purchase our chosen property, complete all business startup up purchases, licensing, hiring of staff, and provide 2-years of seed funding to get us established.   We will  need financing assistance in the amount of $15,700.00.   We can upon you request provide details on everything needed to purchase our selected property, establish, staff, operate and sustain this special project and provide you specifics regarding our financial plan to repay with reasonable interest  all funds extended to us to facilitate our start-up.   We would be proud to with your permission use your name in the naming of our new standard for respite care services.
