Great Dane Holdings is a forward thinking real estate company specializing in the acquisition of affordable housing properties across the country, with a focus of acquiring properties in Tennessee, and Ohio, as well as other states. Our commitment to quality, transparency, and compliance will ensure that all of our properties that we acquire will meet or exceed HUD standards, in turn offering stability to tenants and stable returns for our investor(s). We are currently in our seed round of raising capital to start the acquisition phase.

Mission and Vision: 

Our mission is to enhance affordable housing quality nationwide while delivering consistent returns to our investors. We intend to build well represented, safe and clean section 8 communities across the country, revitalizing the heartland of America. Our goal is to own and operate over 1,000 single-family homes by 2030, with an initial target of acquiring 100 properties in the first year, followed by 225 annually for the next four years. 

Team: 

Great Dane holdings is backed by Luke Lebeau, a 29 year old Danish American with strong entrepreneurial roots.  Starting his first "business" at 8 years old, he now runs a yacht services company he started back in his early twenties. He is looking to take the next road in his entrepreneurial journey focused on making a bigger impact in communities across America.
