I have found a fully equipped restaurant for lease in Tyler Texas right off i-20. I plan on trying to open this restaurant and include a bakery. I have worked in this area since year 2000 and have following clientele. This will be a full service restaurant with a variety of food choices. There is no competition other than fast food establishments for at least 10 miles. I will hire 5-10 employees. I have worked in the food industry for over 40 years.
