Wedding/event venue with vrbo cabins for rent. A wedding/event venue for everyone, including same sex. The business will be family run with my granddaughter as my assistant/partner, my grandsons as builders, my daughter in law as my chef manager assisted by my niece who is also a chef. My nephew as my gardener. Other family and friends that will also be employed for decor and maintenance. This will be a corporation where everyone has shares. The garden area that will come after the building will have a pergola with a rain shower back. There will be a windmill that will have a generator to off set the cost of electricity. There will be a water fall with a pond full of pebbles for safety and acoustics. A small river that will surround the garden to keep the generator charging and ambience. With misters near benches to keep guest cool in heated the months. The area I am looking at is in Van Buren County Tennessee area. There are 3 falls that people come far to see. I also want to build 3-1 bedroom cabins for the venue to be available to rent with the venue. Plus 4 other cabins that will be rented out as vrbo/ airbnb, that will sleep6 to eight people.
