We introduced a new way of delivering fresh baked product to convenience stores. After our initial deployment, we found that it was very successful and that we are able to deliver the same amount of product as we were doing before we changed our business model, with a quarter of the labor expense and approximate one third the expense in vans and equipment. We have been working with 2 Nationally recognized brands (7/11 and Circle K) and have seen success in their stores. We are attracting customers that have not been purchasing fresh baked goods before because of health concerns due to it being non packaged. We have been in the industry for over 10 years, and this changed completely how DSD business is being done.
