We are primarily a skydive business with the largest skydive school in the US and we are the oldest civilian Military Free Fall training facility in the US, primarily serving the US Navy SEALs. We are looking to scale through adding revenue producing verticals, through purchase of aircraft and other tech that is about to become available in the US.
We have recently built another entity, a Holdings company that will be the parent company for www.skydivesandiego.com and www.tacairops.com, as well as "tail number"inc, for any aircraft that we purchase, the skydiving companies that we purchase/build, and franchises for the action air parks.
Because of our reputation and culture, we have been in conversations with companies from the EU to take their tech to the US military through our contract vehicles, as well as open civilian experiences. EVTOL personal aircraft and jet packs. We are scheduled to open the first franchise of The EVTOL platform in May2025 and jetpacks shortly after. We will open many more franchises around the US and world as we progress.
Through my experiences as a US Navy SEAL for a large portion of my adult life, as well as my experience in gov contracting, I have gained all the contact experience necessary to create an avenue toward added military contracts using additional aircraft, the helicopters we plan to purchase, the EVTOL (manned drone) aircraft and jet packs. Our current shortfall is in the contract shop. We need to hire a contracts manager to pursue, capture and maintain current and future contracts with the US Government.
We plan to purchase additional skydiving businesses, build a few from the ground up, and have “action aerosports parks” built around the country and world. We would like to do this with a team of investors and our industry professionals over the next 5-8 years, and exit amidst the growth.
