We produce music festivals on the West Coast. Our top-line revenue was over 15 million in 2023 and will surpass that in 2024. However, we need more cash to overcome a cash crunch as we grow. We believe in creating core memories at all our events and delivering some of the best festival experiences in the country. As an independent company, we have limitations on growth when it comes to capital to help us grow. This is why we are looking for investors to come on board and help us continue to grow this . We have been doing this for over 20 years and are the number one promoter in the American Reggae Space.
