Goldleaf Investment Fund 1 (Goldleaf), is a value provider for real estate investors by supplying liquidity for equity that is mandated by primary lenders, primarily for single family assets.
The need for gap funding has been identified by the national lenders and will now be fulfilled by Goldleaf to potentially double the size of the existing $500+ bn fix & flip industry. ​
This affords our investors a return that far exceeds industry standards. ​​

  • Partnership with a National title company that records, ensures accuracy of Goldleaf's investment and equity position then files a UCC-1 agreement.​
    -Each borrowing entity is required to use Goldleaf's strategic title partner, BCHH, for the initial closing (loan closing) and for the following closing upon disposition (sale) of the subject property.​
