We hope this message finds you well. Our organizations, the Garden of Eden Consulting Group (GOECG) and GOE Reset Restart Foundation (GOERRF), have been diligently researching and engaging with the local community over the past three years, seeking alternative's of affordable housing and vocational training . Thru  this process, we have spoken with over 2,500 families in the Inland Empire and have identified two critical challenges that need to be addressed: the need for specialized vocational training for those on government assistance and the increasing cost of housing for hardworking individuals and families.

For those individuals and families on government assistance, and disadvantaged families ( 1-2 paychecks away from homelessness. We recognized the importance of providing them with targeted vocational training programs leading to homeownership . Equipping  them with the necessary skills to overcome past setbacks and enable them to obtain stable employment and eventually transition to homeownership. By addressing their specific needs, we can empower them to rebuild a better future for themselves and their families.

Additionally, even those who are working diligently every day face the growing burden of housing costs. The rising prices of housing are putting immense pressure on individuals and families, leaving them in fear of becoming homeless or falling into a disadvantaged situation. We firmly believe that together, we can alleviate this pressure and provide a stable foundation that allows for long-term stability. We will provide affordable housing utilizing, New upscale mobile ( 2-3-4- bedroom) homes on permanent foundations, allowing the opportunity to pre-purchase within our planned communities. Prices Ranging from low 200’s to mid 300’s, with tremendous incentives enhancing the homes value.

As investors, we invite you to join us in this tremendous humanitarian effort assisting in addressing these crucial issues during 2024-2026. By collaborating and leveraging our collective resources, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community. Together, we can change the trajectory and provide an opportunity for a brighter future for those who need it most.

We are committed to this impactful initiative to provide affordable homeownership to over 1,200 families in the Inland Empire from 2024 to 2026.

Through our negotiations with a leading Mobile Home Manufacturer, Broker, Escrow, and land providers, we have secured the necessary resources to create these communities. The homes will range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and be priced between the low 200's to low 300's.

One of the unique aspects of this project is that it aims to help 200 plus, families currently receiving government assistance, remove themselves and plant new foundations of returning to the community as a whole productive community member. These families will receive vocational training and support to empower them to enter into homeownership agreements. By providing them with an affordable housing option, we can help break the cycle of dependence and provide them with a stable foundation for their future.

To make this project a reality, the sale of affordable housing is key avenue which will allow us to support our vocational program, by using affordable housing near employment and freeway access will enhance our chosen price points. In addition the new mobile home community will allow ownership of home and land for added sales value. We are seeking investment partners, willing to invest in changing the communities we serve. Your investment will  not only be rewarded with projected returns of 35%-45% over the 3 year commitment and you will be responsible for removing over 200 families from government assistance and providing over 1100 families the opportunity to purchase true affordable housing also assisting in this tremendous humanitarian rebuilding of our communities, in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

We cordially invite you to join us in this venture 3-year venture 2024-2026 by helping to . Together, reset and restart their families foundation.
