Over 20 years of R&D have culminated in a superior urban like wireless broadband system being a reality in the rural world.  We have kept current with chip integration, Data Over Cable Systems Interface Specification  (DOCSIS) upgrades, and all facets of making the utilization of UHF spectrum (over the air tv spectrum re-use) in the largest markets in the world.  We have traction with the FCC in the U.S., with the ITU internationally and with ISED in Canada.  We have seeded beta systems in Canada, South America, the Caribbean and Africa.  We are at the leading edge of the design and manufacture of many elements of what we will be branding "3D Wireless" in addition to continued development of the integration with DOCSIS management and related antenna research and development including Broadband Drones.  We have dealt with regulatory entities from Brazil to Mexico to the U.S., several countries in Europe, Central America, etc.  Where we have made dramatic progress is in Canada.  Canada was the first gov't in the world to allow the use of tv spectrum for internet connectivity, however, in 2015 they put a moratorium on future licenses while they auctioned part of the UHF spectrum to the mobile industry.  In Dec. 2020 the Assembly of First Nations passed a Resolution demanding the Federal gov't utilize our solution for First Nations communities that were in need of connectivity.  In July 2022, the gov't declared that any Indigenous communities that would provide a Band Council Resolution would be provided with 80 MHz of spectrum in the requisite UHF band as well as the funding to build out systems throughout the country.  We expect to build over 100 systems next year.  Our Near Line of Site (NLOS) technology will scale to thousands of users, with up to 200 Mbps in the downstream, over 25 Mbps in the upstream and latency < 20 ms with orders of magnitude greater coverage than existing wireless systems.  We will build a demonstrable commercial system immediately in rural Alberta.  Our funding will be exclusively used for this latest iteration build and be online in Jan 2023.
