Following his successful tenure at GSC, Mr. Wilson was the CEO of G4S RSS, where he founded and led Regulated Security Solutions (RSS), a subsidiary dedicated to providing security staffing services, energy consulting, and advanced solutions for commercial industries in the US and internationally. Mr. Wilson defined and executed strategic direction to grow the operation to 5,000 employees with $300M annual revenue, while driving expansion of the $10B parent company. Mr. Wilson began his career in the US Army, working as an Operator with the US Army Special Forces and Team Leader with the 75th Ranger Regiment. In those roles, he cultivated strong leadership and communications skills as well as strategic and tactical planning capabilities.
