This product is designed to help homecare providers. The solution uses digital medical devices which, gets connected to the smart-phone/iPad/Tab with Bluetooth capability. The vitals captured in the digital medical device is transferred via internet using the smart-phone/iPad/Tab to the doctor who could be located anywhere in the world. The doctor is then provided with a dash-board which displays patient vitals and has a Skype window to make a Skype telephone or video call to the patient. The doctor can the provide consultation using Skype call. This solution enables Tele-medicine.

The vitals can be sent instantly to the respective doctor or doctors where the doctor will be presented a dashboard with the newly captured vitals and and patient history from the EHR to take medical action and give Tele-video consultation, if required.
