Global Integrity Investments is a private multifamily real estate investment firm based in McKinney, TX.  We act as a general partner by utilizing a syndication structure to acquire, manage, and exit 50-200 unit multifamily properties by raising capital from investors in order to create 200%+ total returns in 2-5 years. We are a company dedicated to the integrity of our investment opportunities while improving communities in high growth areas of the United States.

With the 65-unit deal in Evansville, Indiana, we are looking for high net-worth individuals that are interested in a LP position for the deal. We have a $50,000 investment minimum, and you must be an accredited investor. Here are some more details:
  • 109-unit senior living center converted into 65-unit apartments
  • Purchased for $750,000, CapEx of $3,500,000, and proforma evaluation at $10,500,000+
  • Projected equity multiple of 2.20X-2.45X and average annual CCR of 10%+
  • 6% preferred return for up to 18 months or until we refinance and return 100% of your original capital
  • Refinance in 12-18 months and then exit in 3-5 years depending on marketing conditions
  • Downtown Evansville, Indiana where we partnered with the Mayor of Evansville as well as the Downtown Economic Partnership for Evansville
