We deliver a one-of-a-kind culinary experience with hands-on cooking classes. At Global Gourmet, our mission is to inspire and educate aspiring chefs by providing high-quality, hands-on cooking experiences. We aim to create a welcoming environment where individuals can explore new culinary techniques, develop their cooking skills, and engage with professional chefs who share their passion for food. We believe in the power of community and collaboration to enhance the culinary experience and to foster a lifelong love for cooking.

Many aspiring cooks struggle to find accessible cooking classes that cater to their skill level and provide personalized attention. Traditional cooking schools can often be overwhelming, costly, and disconnected from real-world culinary experiences. Additionally, there is a lack of opportunity for home cooks to learn from industry professionals in a fun, engaging manner without the pressure of a rigorous curriculum.

Global Gourmet addresses these issues by offering a variety of cooking classes led by talented guest chefs from local restaurants. Our immersive classes prioritize hands-on experience and skill development in an enjoyable atmosphere. We provide tailored experiences for individuals of all skill levels, ensuring everyone can learn and grow at their own pace while engaging with culinary professionals.

Our business model revolves around generating revenue through class fees, private events, catering, partnerships with local restaurants, and retail. Classes will be offered at competitive pricing, making them accessible to a wide audience while providing value that reflects the expertise of our guest chefs. We will also explore collaboration opportunities with local businesses, such as ingredient suppliers and kitchenware suppliers, beer, wine and spirit sales on and off premise to enhance our offerings and generate additional revenue streams.

For the past 5 years I have taught cooking classes to the masses and was sad to hear my current employer was selling their business. Many of my students, friends and family have expressed that this is an opportunity to set out on my own with Global Gourmet. I have a full business plan and am in the build-out phase of my prime storefront location in Centerville, Ohio.
