I want to start investing in real estate. I have a company that offers an investing CRM, VA services, marketing, mail services, etc. Monthly expenses for all their services will run between $1500 - $2500 depending on how much I want to market. Can market in multiple areas as well to expand the ability to create multiple transactions. They also have legal services to create LLCs and will review any contracts before the paperwork is submitted. The balance of the $100,000 will be used for down payments, but will be recouped on the resale or lease. Will negiotate with the seller if they want to sell or if they will allow a lease purchase. I will then lease option to a new buyer with at least 5% down to get into the property. The lease will run 24-36 monts. Projected profit will be at least $10,000 - wouldn't do the deal unless that amount is the profit.
