Combining agriculture and the stock market to build a sustainable urban homestead harvesting the earths resources

Sustainable family farm run by harvesting the earths resources. We sustainably grow a variety of market crops, industrial hemp, and raise poultry. I have a very unique process of growing food without fertilizer using recycled food waste, leaves from the city's landfill, and worms that we raise on the farm. We also only raise our crops and chickens on rainwater. After 3 years of this process I can really see the benefits. My Farm was approved for funding through our city's Government but we could not find a common ground and they believed they weren't due to give me the funds since I am a for profit business. It was a 2 year debacle between me and the city's finance team and a disconnect with people who aren't involved in agriculture hands on. Being one of the  licensed hemp producers in the state I can honestly offer a 8-10% return on any money invested in my farm. I'm working with researchers at NC state to grow a medical level strain of cbd. A hemp producers license is very valuable in the state with the current breakthroughs in the hemp market with the FDA. Will reveal direct market reports to back my claims when contacted directly along with a university reference letter and a financial plan built by the government.
