We have an ongoing relationship with both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They offer us, on a non-bid basis, one- to four-unit REO properties, which we purchase, renovate, and hold as Section 8 rental properties or sell to median-income residents. We have benefited the affordable housing market by adding available units to the metropolitan Philadelphia neighborhoods. We currently have five properties under contract: - Two duplexes - One triplex - Two single-family residences.
