Gas Flaring Solutions, LLC. /Holbrook, LLC. is seeking $8,000,000 for expansion in the Bitcoin crypto space. Our company is looking to undertake a meticulously planned scaling endeavor within the natural gas & Crypto mining domain. This initiative is underpinned by a well-defined timeline and resource allocation strategy, aiming to ensure a seamless augmentation of operational capacity while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Months 1-4
During the initial four-month phase, we will continue operations selling oil & gas from the Soinski #201 & 202 through the Buckeye and Blue Racer pipelines while preparing the site and moving the crypto equipment to the location. 

After the crypto mining operation is fully functional, we will divert 750 mcfpd to power the 2 MW crypto generators. The wells produce 3,500 mcfpd and 100 bbl.'s per mo. oil. OneLNG Inc. will purchase the remaining gas @ $4.25 per mcf.

Strategic Milestone:
Once the crypto farm is fully functional. A 1 MW generator will burn 250 mcfpd .  303 Bitmain S21 200th ASICS will hash at 60,606 terahash per day or $4,545 a day. $4,545 ÷ 250 = $18.18 mcf equivalent.

Mr. French is member of the Texas Oil and Gas Association, Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, Texas Methane and Flaring Coalition, and is H2S Safety certified.

With a proven track record of success with 3 data centers in Texas and Ohio, our calculated approach to selling the gas through crypto data centers and LNG eliminates the cost of the buckeye and the Blue Racer midstream pipeline fees. This will decrease expenses by 65% and increase net profit by >400%
