Media Network provides direcct accesss to sports fans shen and where they watch a sports event.

Brands and advertisers are spending huge amounts to reach the sports fan. Our unique platform provides direct access to sports fans whenever and wherever they are watching a sports event: at home, in a venue, in a hotel, in a stadium.  In our first month of rollout over 50 venues joined our Sports Media Network providing their patrons access to our app which interacts with the specific sports event they are wathcing, whether MLB, NBA, NFL,NHL, or NCAA.  Patrons predict what will happen in the sports event they are watcching, compete with others in the venue, and view our app for dynamic content andd a real time leader board showing the scores of every player in the venue. 
Venues join our network and pay a monthly fee of $199 to gain patron engagement, dwell times proven to be four times inger, increased bar tabs up to 40% on contest days, and return visits.  Patrons download our app and join our contest at no cost, and guess what actions will occur in the game they are viewing on their home 'TV, on a venue TV, on their hotel roomTV, or on a stadium jumbo TV.   Patrons play to win and competition makes it fun and exciting, providing "in the moment" access to brands and advertisers.
Our platform is designed to motivate frequent reference to our app, providing brands and advertisers many impressions. Our first advertiser is the world's largest sports apparel company, Fanatics, which is very excited to be able to market the specific team product asrepresentgs  one of the teams playing in the sports event being viewed. For example, Fanatics offers Bears and Packers jerseys to those who are watching a Bears/Packers game, while offering 49er/Rams jerseys to the viewers of that game, etc.  We have contest templates for all the teams as noted and will soon be adding templates for other sports events including soccer and Formula 1 racing, gaining a larger audience and an international opportunity.
We project having 1000 venues in our network in 24 months following funding, and being active in one major hotel chain.  Our first targeted venue segment is hospitlity venues, primarily sports bars which according to the 2023 Niesen report has 30,000 venues which serve over 80 million customers each month.  Our projected 1000 venues will provide a monthly market of2.8 million.  We project subscription fee revenue and advertiser revenue at a total of $5 million in Year Two following funding.  We currently have over 50 venues in our network and are growing every week.  Our Use of Funds is primarily sales and marketing to venues, hotels and stadia, adding sports and other templates to broaden player interests including for instance the Oscars, election results and other events where results are predictive. 
Our team has years experience selling patron engagement products to hospitality venues. We use existing venue and patron customs and habits to market our product, including existing sales entities which have strong relationships in each of our targeted segments.
