FUNDING FOR REI JUMPSTART PROGRAM

I need to raise funds to sign up for a Real Estate Investor jump start program. I just attended a masterclass and wish to move forward and need the funds to do so.

This 6-month JumpStart Program is through the Women's Real Estate Investors Network, the largest real estate investing program for women, and provides specialized knowledge, training and resources to build a successful real estate future.  This Program offers an intensive 3-day immersion, a CRM platform, a network of investors, a company to help with the legal aspect of setting up your entity and weekly training calls.

There is and always will be a Market for Real Estate.  Knowing how to work in the industry is the key and that is what this JumpStart Program will provide me. The testimonials of the women that have joined the WREIN group say that this Program is priceless and full of knowledge and all the help you could need to be successful.

My goals for this 6-month program are 1) to learn everything I can as quickly as possible; 2) to find, contract and wholesale at least 2 deals per month for income; 3) to find 1-2 properties that would be ideal to flip; and 4) to find and partner with a couple of investors who want to make money with other people's work.  By this time next year I would like to have 2-3 short term rentals in my portfolio and to have 1-2 women that I can mentor to do the same.

I feel that this is exactly where I am supposed to be at exactly this time in my life.  I have the time, the resources (home office, etc.) and most importantly the desire to be very successful in this venture.  What I don't have are the funds to enroll in the JumpStart Program and expenses.  I would love to find someone willing to invest in my future and receive a huge return on their investment.
