FroZone Creamery, Inc. (registered trademark) will soon be a chain of self-serve stores featuring high quality frozen yogurt, frozen custard, and soft-serve ice creams. The average size store will be around 2,000 square feet. Sites will include neighborhood centers, malls, college campuses, food courts, airports, kiosks, and big box stores. Products are made fresh daily along with fresh fruit toppings. Customers dispense frozen treats and create their own dessert with dozens of topping choices and then pay by the ounce. Each store only needs two people to operate. They prepare mixes for the dispensing equipment, prepare condiments, keep the store stocked and clean, and collect money from the customers. We have two locations selected in St. George, Utah: one on St. George Boulevard taking over the iconic Larsen’s Frostop store (no relation); and, in the Sunset Plaza in western St. George in between Subway Sandwich and Great Clips with Albertsons Grocery as an anchor store. We are seeking approximately $350,000. We have received $30,000 of that amount already. Each store should average $852,000 in revenue with $305,000 in net operating income. Once we open, our next target in funding will be in the range of $350,000 to $1,000,000 to open store number two, three, and four. By the time our fourth store opens, we should be able to self-fund subsequent stores. We have more locations selected. Our goal is to open 10 stores within the first five years. Our management team has over twenty years in the food service and hospitality industries. Our suppliers will provide only the highest quality products. Products are easy to mix and prepare requiring no cooking.
