We are a gourmet sweet shop. We offer over 100+ gourmet cotton candy flavors, that is allergy free (dye, gluten, nuts etc) as well as gourmet popcorn, mini doughnuts, fresh squeezed lemonade, funnel cakes, ice cream and many other treats. We also offer vegan items for those that are vegan. We are looking for funding so that we can open up a store front and be able to offer our items year round. We have found a building for our shop in a cute little town in New Ulm, MN. Our funding would cover a years worth of rent and the utilities, product, supplies like cups, lids, containers, food etc, as well as equipment (freezers, stove, mixer, soda fountain, soft serve ice cream machine, etc), payroll for a year and company shirts.
Our company started July 2020. We have worked really really hard and have grown so much since then and have made a name for ourself. We have won 2 international awards from Lux Life Magazine. Best Gourmet Sweet Shop MidWest USA 2020 and 2021. We have customers that travel from other states just to come get our cotton candy. We ship our products nationwide as well as we have a wholesale account with Minnesotas Largest Candy Store and working on getting other accounts as well. We have also started doing fundraisers for sporting teams, schools, music groups etc. Being able to offer our customers a unique place to come and grab a yummy treat as well as being to serve those that have allergies or that are vegan. Our shop would be a fun, colorful place with a cute little sitting area outside and be able to give our customers the fair food life without the headache of going to the fair. Being able to get the funding we need will help us succeed and grow.
