Fried Up Co. is a modern fast-casual concept centered around fresh-cut fries, loaded specialty fries, crispy chicken, smash burgers, signature sauces, and bold flavors. The menu is designed for dine-in, takeout, delivery, and social-media-driven marketing. Founder Carl Quichocho brings more than 15 years of restaurant ownership and operating experience, including the development and operation of Guahan Grill. This experience provides an established foundation in staffing, food preparation, cost control, marketing, customer service, and restaurant operations. Fried Up Co. is expanding with a new location planned for the 92081 area of Vista, California.
