I co-own a boba tea shop in Blaine Minnesota with a few buyers willing to work with us in buying supplies and franchising our brand. The shop was originally built under a previous franchise that was not run correctly and the retail space was built incorrectly. The store has been running for a few months and has a large shipment arriving within 2 days. We need funding to place another other order for supplies, maintain staff, and redesign the shop for efficiency. Our profits the past few months have increased month or month and we are approaching our busiest season. We've been only open for 5 months but the community and publicity around us has been extremely positive and responsive. My two partners are thinking of backing out because of lack of funds and motivation.
