The Freeze Kids Foundation is a non-for-profit organization, that travels to schools across Ontario, teaching the fundamentals of comic art, and bridging that element with literacy to children ages 6-12.
Before the pandemic we had the opportunity to partner with a organization that funded our program making our comic art workshops free of charge. Since the pandemic schools were forced to shutdown which canceled our contract. Since schools have become in class again, we are back in schools continuing our free workshops by self funding ourselves.
Due to the majority of elementary schools, who cannot afford to have us do our presentation. We are thankful for the staffs support in allowing our team to use they're gym or library to conduct the presentation as well as accommodate for our travel expenses.
Freeze Kids Foundation would love to give back to communities by making our workshops free of charge for schools across Ontario from the presenters and they're travel.
