A tea room/shop catered to holding everyday brunch, and afternoon tea as well as hosting festive events for the holiday of your choice. I'm looking to also sell a variety of homemade tea blends with varying flavors for at home use. This will be the first long standing tea room in the area and the only specialized shop in the area, cornering my local market within at least within 30-100 miles.
